All themes purchased on ThemeTrail.com are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), Version 2.0 (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html).
By purchasing the Service you are allowed to use the Service restricted by the license it has been released under. All themes, modified or unmodified, remain intellectual property of ThemeTrail.
If you are, for any reason, not totally satisfied with your purchase on ThemeTrail.com and would like to receive a full refund, please submit your refund request on http://themetrail.com/refund/ within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you the full amount of your purchase. This refund policy only applies to purchases made on themetrail.com. As we would like to further improve your experience we appreciate any feedback and the chance to turn your experience into a good one, before losing you as a customer. Therefor we depend on your honest and constructive feedback. We trust in you.
All payments are due in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax rates for EU citizens are calculated on checkout. To place an order you are required to submit your payment information. To process your payments you can choose to pay via credit card through Stripe or via PayPal. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for our Service.
5. Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. Any disputes relating to them will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
6. Limited Warranties:
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this Service; nor do we commit to ensure that the Service remains available or that the material on the Service is kept up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this Service and the use of this Service (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
7. Force Majeure:
You agree that we are not responsible to you for anything that we may otherwise be responsible for, if it ss the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, governmental acts, war, insurrection, riots, terrorism, crime, labor shortages (including lawful and unlawful strikes), embargoes, postal disruption, communication disruption, failure or shortage of infrastructure, shortage of materials, or any other event beyond our control.
In the event that a provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, conflicting with another provision of the Agreement, or otherwise unenforceable, the Agreement will remain in force as though it had been entered into without that unenforceable provision being included in it.
