How does theme support work?
As a ThemeTrail.com customer you receive support for the theme(s) you have purchased as long as you have an active account / license with us.
To send a customer support request visit the contact page and make sure to login to your ThemeTrail account, to verify yourself.
Support is available in english and german from Mon – Sun (Germany – CET, Central European Time).
Please keep in mind that you have purchased a theme, not a full-time developer. I am happy to assist you in setting up and using the theme. Adding a few lines of code is fine. But if you need customization that goes beyond that, I can only point you towards external resources such as eLance and Envato Studio.
License renewal
For 50% of the initial theme price you can renew your theme license, which gives you additional 12 months of theme updates and support. Shortly before your license is about to expire you will be notified about it via email, with instructions how to renew your license.
You can continue to use your theme without renewing your license, but you won’t receive theme updates and support anymore.
