Response Time

ThemeTrail is primarily a one-person operation, so responses typically take 1-3 business days. For urgent issues with our themes (Realty, Worx, Carmen), support emails are prioritized.

Note: We don't provide support for themes made by other developers. If you need help with a theme you didn't buy from ThemeTrail, please contact that theme's support channel directly. We can, however, point you in the right direction — just let us know which theme you're using.
